Refund Policy

Our simple return and refund process

At CELURA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a simple return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be included.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return (e.g., undergarments, final sale items, or gift cards). Any non-returnable items will be clearly marked at checkout.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

At this time, CELURA does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

5. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, you can either use our convenient Return Request Form or contact us directly at celura.help@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for return

Our team will provide you with return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us at celura.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
